That Extra Dimension 2010: Invitational Sculpture Exhibition

Returning once again to Arts Visalia, That Extra Dimension 2010 is a diverse survey of sculptural art from by artists from throughout Central California. This year's exhibition features work by over twenty-five artists skilled in a wide variety of media ranging from ceramics to woodturning, found object assemblage to stainless steel, gourd basket weaving to hand-blown glass.
That Extra Dimension has become an annual event at Arts Visalia, with participating artists invited to exhibit one artwork as a part of the show. Many of the artists have participated in past installments, while several new artists join the fold. Artists in the exhibition include Mark Ahlstrand, Richard Arenas, Toni Best, Verne Chapman, Carol Clum, Mark Court, Mark Eaton, Barbara Federman, Richard Flores, John Friedrich, Anne Haxton, Nancy Jonnum, Jerry Jonnum, Shirley Keller, Bob Kizziar, Moni Mauch, Sam McKinney, Joe Morel, Joe Nunes, Mike Perez, Armin Pfadisch, Marn Reich, John Spivey, John Sundstrom, Sherley Tucker , Chris Van Goethem and Linda Victory.
That Extra Dimension 2010 is being held in conjunction with the Visalia Arts Consortium's Taste the Arts Festival, to be held in downtown Visalia, California, September 9th to 11th.
