Tips on Care for Your Phalaenopsis Orchid:
LIGHT & TEMPERATURE:
Medium to bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight.
To ensure a lush, healthy plant, maintain a humid yet well ventilated environment
Temperatures between 58 – 60˚(F) are desirable for several weeks during winter months to initiate flower spikes.
WATERING INSTRUCTIONS:
When watering, Water sparingly every 1-2 weeks. This orchid is potted in moss, which holds moisture well. Your orchid will perform best if allowed to almost dry out between waterings. When watering, allow water to pass through and drain. Do not water if potting feels wet and do not allow your plant to sit in water.
Just in time for Mother’s Day, orchids make
an elegant Mother’s Day gift.
Can’t get an orchid to your mother or other special person,
consider instead a donation to Arts Visalia
in their honor or memory.
