For 25 years and throughout the pandemic,
we have Carried on the Vision
While our gallery was closed due to the pandemic, we continued to educate, engage, and enhance your community through the visual arts through adaptations such as virtual tours of our monthly exhibitions. You can still view virtual tours of all our past and current monthly exhibits at http://www.artsvisalia.org/virtual-tours/ and interviews with the artists at http://www.artsvisalia.org/artists-interviews/.
We’re open now–visit our gallery Wednesdays through Saturdays from Noon to 5:30 p.m. to view our exhibitions in person, browse our gift shop filled with unique items crafted by local artists, and purchase art.

Our most popular adaptation was the creation of educational art kits, complete with snacks, for students to create at home. Staff developed the projects, filmed the demonstration videos, assembled supplies, and mailed the kits to over 600 children. The kits have been joyfully received by young artists at home. In-gallery classes begin again in October.
Each $50 donation covers the cost to produce and mail one at-home art kit.
Throughout 2020, we kept our commitment to keep our staff employed, maintain our historic creamery building home, create at-home arts education kits, and provide opportunities for all to engage in the visual arts.
YOU can help us carry on the vision by making your annual gift today!
And, with your support, we have fervently carried on the vision for 25 years. As we celebrate this milestone, we acknowledge and thank the original building partners and all who continue to invest in making Arts Visalia a vibrant center for the visual arts in our community.
