Having studied Chinese Brush Painting for over 45 years Joy Harvey has mastered the artform and created beautiful works featuring traditional Chinese brush painting subjects and animals. As an instructor at Arts Visalia since it’s early beginnings, Joy has shared her talents with many students over the years.
Arts Visalia is open Wednesdays through Saturdays from Noon-5:30 p.m. We have created Virtual Gallery Tours that are available at www.artsvisalia.org/virtual-tours, so enjoy the show virtually or in person.
